**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our online presence across various platforms, including Noon, Instashop, and Deliveroo. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, with proven experience in managing online stores, improving sales strategies, and enhancing customer engagement across these specific platforms. You will work 6 days a week.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales and customer engagement across Noon, Instashop, and Deliveroo. Talabat is
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and images across all platforms, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and use insights to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop promotional campaigns tailored to each platform.
- Monitor and report on competitors' strategies and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory and ensure seamless integration with the supply chain to prevent stock issues.
- Address customer feedback and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated with platform updates, new features, and best practices to leverage new opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful management of online stores on Noon, Instashop, and Deliveroo.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, digital marketing strategies, and platform-specific requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using e-commerce analytics tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across different teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
