Position: Call Center Representative
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries with professionalism and timely response.
- Provide comprehensive information on our properties and services to potential clients.
- Inquire about clients' interest in listing their properties for sale or rent, or if they are looking to invest or buy in real estate, facilitating a full-service experience.
- Schedule property viewings and consultations with our sales team for interested clients.
- Accurately maintain and update customer information within our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share customer insights and feedback to enhance our service offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on real estate trends and company policies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma is required; further education in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must have valid UAE driving license
