We are currently seeking a talented and organized professional to join our team as Property Consultant - Off Plan Sales . We are looking for motivated individuals who are up for a challenge in the fast-moving real estate industry.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Should have good knowledge of sales process of off-plan & secondary market.
- Ability to source projects through various means and networks of developers.
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills with strong background of customer service.
- Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic would be advantageous.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Exceptional knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
- Complete knowledge in Broker pad, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, etc.
- Preparing Forms such as (MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I, & U)
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a real estate broker (Sales or Leasing)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Impressive personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.
