About the Role
This is a full-time role for a Data Entry Clerk (HSE) located in Ahmadi. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining critical HSE project data in our management system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that department information is up-to-date, organized, and readily accessible to support project teams and other project personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree on any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in handling documentation and data entries in HSE department's related processes, preferably in the oil and gas, petrochemical, construction industry.
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, or construction management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable in HSE processes in construction field.
- Having NEBOSH, IOSH or ISO 9001, 14001 45001 is a plus.
- Must have valid residency in Kuwait.
Responsibilities
- Enter HSE project-related data into the construction management system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries and make corrections as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other project personnel to collect and input project-related information in a timely manner.
- Assist in HSE process and procedures as per project requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks of project data to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Generate reports and metrics to track data entry performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data entry procedures, policies, and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry best practices and process improvements.
