Job Role:

We are a leading Dubai based Multinational Rent A Car Company, providing top-notch Car Rental service to our valued customers. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Rent -A -Car Business Development Manager with at least 4-6 Years of demonstrable experience in establishing, overseeing and managing Care Rental Business.

• You will need to be a self-starter with a solid operational track record in the vehicle rental industry preferably within the middle-east. You will be an all-rounder who is willing to deliver hands-on responsibilities as well as shape the business and be willing to take responsibility for extending our customer base both private and commercial

- Capable to establish Rent -A Car Business.

- Prospecting new business including growth of corporate accounts.

- Selling to clients both face to face and over the telephone and ensure all booking requests are managed and handled in professional manner.

- Maintaining existing clients accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.

- To ensure all administration and paperwork is processed efficiently in liaison with in-house Finance Department.

- Liaison with internal stakeholders and corporate functions as and when appropriate.

- Ensuring vehicle inspections are completed and appropriate actions are taken .

- Development and implementation of policies and procedures and terms and conditions as and when appropriate.

- Ensuring all insurance documentation and claims are submitted in an accurate and timely fashion.

- Working with senior management to plan the growth of the business in terms of business planning and resource requirements.

- Providing Management Information to business stakeholders as and when required

-Prepare and present regular reports, budgets, and financial statements to senior management.
