Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee our joinery workshop operations. As a Joinery Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of craftsmen to ensure the timely production of high-quality joinery items according to design specifications and client requirements. Your expertise in joinery techniques and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining our reputation for superior craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of joinery craftsmen to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Interpret design drawings and specifications to guide the fabrication of joinery items, including cabinetry, furniture, and millwork.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship throughout the production process, conducting inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Train and mentor joinery craftsmen to develop their skills and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to review project requirements, resolve technical issues, and provide input on joinery design and construction.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, and coordinate with procurement staff to ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety among joinery workshop staff.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor or similar role in a joinery workshop or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, woodworking tools, and materials. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Qatar's joinery regulations and standards is an advantage.
