Job Description

  • Assist the Director in coordinating and managing all technical aspects of projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Provide technical support to staff and stakeholders as needed.
