Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate broker.
- Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Conduct property market research and analysis
- Engage with international clients and understand their real estate needs
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide expert advice
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Utilize multilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proven experience in real estate sales (2Years)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Arabic, French ,Italian )
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the real estate market
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
- Own visa (Preferred )
