As a BIM Modeler specializing in architectural and interior design, you will utilize advanced software tools to develop detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and architectural elements.
Your role involves collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to translate design concepts and specifications into accurate BIM models.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining BIM libraries of architectural components, materials, and finishes to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Additionally, you will conduct clash detection analyses and resolve coordination issues within the architectural and interior design disciplines to support the seamless integration of building systems.
