· Project execution of confirmed job to deliver in committed timeline within budget.
· Coordination & interface with client for approvals of materials and shop drawings.
· Handle project management including planning, scheduling and supervision of construction.
· Organize material and manpower as per project requirements.
· Monitor site progress and confirm adherence to designs and specifications.
· Assess risk and control manpower as per UAE safety regulations.
· Attend inspections from Government authorities and close out any comments to get necessary approvals.
· Maintain accurate records of documents & reports.
