Job Description

  • Manage role based permissions in Document manager and People Assistple Assist solution for markets
  • Manage all UKG documents including employee records, payroll data, benefits information, and compliance documents
  • Manage role based permissions in Document manager and PeopleAssist
  • Create and maintain organized filing systems for UKG documents, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and legal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of UKG documents.
  • Configure and customize People Assist workflows, forms, and notifications to meet the organization's needs and improve efficiencies self-service.
  • Configure and customize PeopleAssist workflows, forms, and notifications to meet the organization's needs and improve efficiency
  • Train HR staff and employees on using People Assist tools and functionalities effectively
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to People Assist functionality, working closely with IT support teams for resolution
  • Stay updated on UKG software updates, enhancements, and best practices related to document management and People Assist
  • Conduct regular audits of UKG documents and People Assist processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
