Hiring Asst Product Manager-Solitaire/ Era and Precia
Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Developing and Introducing new solitaire products frequently.
- Coordinating with solitaire designers and suppliers for the new creations
- Creating solitaire product range for collection and promotion launches.
- Monitoring sales performance of solitaire new introductions.
- Suggesting best sellers based on the design performance.
- Exit plan for non-moving designs.
- Understanding solitaire Trends and doing market research.
Assortment Planning
- Planning and preparing planograms for new stores.
- Review and suggest corrections in the Planogram of existing stores based on the required turn.
- Ensuring alignment of stores is above the threshold level.
Competition Study
- Visiting competition frequently, to understand their product offerings.
- Promotion offers and collection launches.
- Comparing their pricing strategy.
- Monitoring any changes in Buy back and exchange policy.
3-4 years experience with Jewellery Retail in similar role.
