Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of smartphones and computers.
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
Replace and upgrade components as needed.
Ensure all repairs meet the highest quality standards.
Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in smartphone and computer repair.
Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues.
Strong knowledge of various smartphone and computer models.
Familiarity with operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
