Position Overview:
As a Speciality Coffee Machine Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our premium coffee machines. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining, repairing, and fine-tuning various types of coffee machines to uphold our reputation for quality and reliability. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and deliver exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain a range of speciality coffee machines.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Offer comprehensive training to clients on machine operation and maintenance protocols.
- Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a coffee machine technician, preferably in the speciality coffee industry.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Valid manual driving license mandatory.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
