Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the PCBA line team, ensuring precision, efficiency, and top-tier quality output by implementing advanced methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrate a robust 7+ years of experience in production engineering, showcasing an emphasis on industrial projects, particularly in the intricate domain of PCBA.
- Enforce and optimize stringent assembly procedures tailored to meet the exacting requirements of industrial projects, including focus on precision soldering, component placement, and solder mask applications.
- Possess an in-depth understanding and application of IPC standards, particularly those intricately associated with electronics assembly, covering soldering standards, component mounting, and inspection criteria.
- Demonstrate a high proficiency in identifying and efficiently resolving PCBA-specific issues, employing advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to ensure seamless production flow.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process enhancement within the PCBA line, aiming for heightened efficiency and quality through the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies and lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering synergy between design, quality control, and supply chain units by leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of PCBA production processes, changes, and improvements, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Provide clear and concise reports to higher management on PCBA production status, challenges, and strategic solutions, utilizing data analytics and visualization tools.
- Oversee and optimize machine maintenance schedules within the PCBA line, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime through predictive maintenance strategies.
- Display the ability to handle different shifts, ensuring 24/7 continuity and efficiency in PCBA production operations, including the implementation of shift handover protocols for seamless transitions.
General Requirements: Experience & Education Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
- Minimum 7 years in production engineering with a proven track record of leadership roles within the PCBA domain.
- Extensive experience in Industrial projects, with a specific focus on PCBA for applications and compliance with MIL-PRF-31032 and J-STD-001 standards.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of IPC standards for electronics assembly, with a focus on IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in resolving PCBA-related issues using methodologies like Six Sigma and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the PCBA line, including conducting regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Ability to adapt to evolving PCBA project requirements and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility in adopting emerging technologies and methodologies.
Proven leadership experience in supervisory or managerial roles specifically within the PCBA production environment, including team development and mentoring initiatives
