Job Description:-
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve efficiency
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are met
* Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and vendors
* Manage staff, coordinate with Management and Team members
* Prepare and present reports to senior management
* Monitor market trends and adjust services and rates accordingly
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Executive role in the freight forwarding industry
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local freight forwarding regulations and laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
- Ability to travel as needed
