Project Implementation Manager, Gulf

Role Purpose
Lead on project management and implementation of regional and global solutions into MEA.


Main Accountabilities:
Service delivery
  • Lead on project management and implementation of SLA (Service Level Agreement) this includes requirements and performance management of interventions applied. Implements a range of standardised, operational procedures and systems within the Teaching Centre(s) to achieve specified, clearly measurable targets (revenue, volume, time and/or cost).
  • Provides support and oversight to Operations colleagues across the region pertaining to interventions applied.
  • Identifies and shares examples of best practice with the region. Implement process improvements and support teams through the change.

Relationship and Stakeholder management
  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships and communication with internal stakeholders across a range of business and geographical areas, to inform and enable medium-term innovation and improvements in the quality of teaching delivery.

Analysis and Reporting
  • Supports business process improvement through reviewing data, analysing outcomes and providing recommendations to the Cluster Operations Lead.
  • Reports on areas if inefficiency and propose potential interventions.

Risk and compliance
  • Identifies risk areas associated with non-complance of with implementation of improvement initiatives. Escalate to Cluster Operations Lead.

Commercial and/or financial management
  • Lead on the implementation and roll-out of the global and regional financial compliance aim solutions including reconciliation policies, stock management policies etc.

Leadership & management
  • Support country teams in development towards effective delivery of services and delivery of work plan. Support teams through process and change implementation.
  • Tasks and coordinates others (e.g. third party suppliers, external partners) to complete activities in accordance with agreed service delivery/ contractual requirements (e.g. cost schedules, time deadlines etc.).

About You (essential requirements for the role):
  • Experience of operations management with exposure to streamlining operations.
  • Experience of cost management.
  • Experience of successfully delivery of business process improvement.

Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience of working as part of a dispersed team
  • Experience of implementing change.
  • Experience of operations within teaching delivery
