To provide essential support in coordinating logistics activities, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient operations. Contribute to the smooth execution to enhance customer satisfaction and assist in driving process improvement initiatives to optimize overall operational effectiveness.

Organization Structure (Specific to the position - One level higher)


Operations Support:

· Provide assistance in the day-to-day operational activities of the freight forwarding business.

· Collaborate with different departments, including sales, customer service, warehouse, and transportation, to ensure smooth operations.

· Identify operational challenges and assist in implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Shipment Tracking:

· Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to internal stakeholders and customers.

· Support the resolution of any delays or issues that may occur during the transportation process.


Documentation:

· Assist in preparing and maintaining necessary documentation related to freight forwarding operations.

· Support the organization and filing of invoices, shipping documents, customs forms, and other required paperwork.

· Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and industry regulations.


Customer Service:

· Contribute to providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving operational issues, and handling complaints.

· Support regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

· Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contributing to business growth and customer retention efforts.


Logistics Coordination:

· Support logistics coordination activities, including transportation arrangements and customs clearance processes.

· Contribute to optimizing supply chain operations to ensure efficient movement of goods.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to minimize delays and disruptions.


Compliance and Regulations:

· Support compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and maintaining necessary documentation.

· Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control measures to meet regulatory standards.


Team Collaboration:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to support operational goals.

· Foster effective communication, teamwork, and cooperation among different stakeholders.

· Seek opportunities to learn from and assist team members, providing support as needed.


Reporting and Analysis:

· Assist in preparing operational reports, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.

· Support data analysis efforts to provide insights for informed decision-making.

· Proactively identify and escalate operational issues, bottlenecks, and challenges.

· Assist in implementing corrective actions and developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
