Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the technical team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in technical operations.
- Technical Oversight:
- Oversee all technical aspects of architectural projects, including engineering, interior design, and construction management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration and integration among different disciplines within the organization, including architecture, engineering, interior design, and project management.
- Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert advice and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with demonstrated expertise in technical leadership roles.
- In-depth understanding of the Middle East market, including regulatory requirements, cultural considerations, and industry trends.
