Job Summary:

As a Technical Recruiter at [Company Name], you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company's objectives. Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in the position.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities.
  • Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
