We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trampoline Coach to join our team. As a Trampoline Coach, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging experience for children while ensuring their safety and well-being. If you have a passion for working with kids and are skilled in trampoline techniques, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Trampoline Instruction: Provide safe and effective trampoline coaching sessions for children of varying skill levels, focusing on skill development, coordination, and fitness.
- Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants. Monitor trampoline activities closely, identify potential risks, and intervene when necessary.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with parents and guardians in a friendly and professional manner. Address inquiries, provide information about programs, and create a welcoming atmosphere for families.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of trampoline equipment to ensure safety standards are met. Report any maintenance issues promptly and assist in the upkeep of the trampoline area.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to coordinate activities and events within the park. Contribute ideas for improving programs and enhancing the overall experience for our visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a trampoline coach or instructor.
- Certification in trampoline coaching or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them effectively.
- Energetic, positive, and patient demeanor.
