As a Certificate Attestation Specialist based in Dubai, UAE, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the attestation process for various documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking attestation services, guiding them through the necessary steps and providing expert advice to expedite the process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Verification and Authentication: Verify the authenticity of documents submitted for attestation, ensuring they meet the specified criteria and comply with relevant legal and governmental regulations.
  • Liaison with Authorities: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with government agencies, embassies, and relevant authorities to facilitate the attestation process smoothly and efficiently.
  • Client Consultation and Guidance: Assist clients in understanding the attestation requirements for their specific documents, provide guidance on the necessary procedures, and address any queries or concerns they may have throughout the process.
  • Application Preparation and Submission: Prepare and submit attestation applications accurately and promptly on behalf of clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Follow-up and Status Updates: Keep clients informed about the status of their attestation applications, proactively follow up with authorities to expedite the process when necessary, and promptly address any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all attestation transactions, including client information, documentation, and communication logs, following confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Stay updated on changes in attestation procedures, regulations, and requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards to uphold the integrity and quality of the attestation process.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality customer service at every touchpoint, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness to client needs and inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the certificate attestation or document authentication industry.
  • Deep understanding of the attestation process, legal requirements, and governmental procedures in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
