Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell luxury yacht experiences in Dubai to clients worldwide.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote our yacht offerings.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and ensuring unforgettable experiences.
- Collaborate with yacht operators, event planners, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless yacht experiences.
- Handle the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to booking confirmations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Dubai's yacht industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing luxury travel experiences, preferably in the yacht industry or luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's yacht market, including key players, destinations, and customer demographics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic would be advantageous.
