Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to expand the client base and build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and logistics challenges.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of client shipments. Coordinate with colleagues to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance.
  • Develop action plans and strategies to meet targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Must have a valid QID and be able to provide NOC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
