Job Description:
JR Interiors Decoration LLC is currently seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of plumbing techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, fittings, and appliances.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or corrosion.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members, including contractors, electricians, and project managers, to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior plumbers or apprentices as needed.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in plumbing technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as required.
- Valid work authorization in Dubai, UAE.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or vocational training in plumbing.
- Previous experience working in the construction industry in Dubai or the UAE.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
