They are currently seeking to fill the role of a Property Consultant in their firm with the following requirements:
Carrying out the day-to-day functions of sales
Ensure an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients
Negotiate pricing and other terms for agreements with seller and buyer
Generate weekly reports to reflects the status of work
Provide relevant ad material to be published in Gulf News, Freehold section
Cooperate with other real estate agents and property consultants within cubic
Share relevant customer / property data with other team members
Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and promotional events.
