Their Middle-East operation is an association with an esteemed client who is one of America's greatest corporate success stories in the networking field. Their client has grown into a global market leader that holds No.1 or No.2 market share in virtually every market segment in which it participates.

They are ramping up their operations in the Middle East region and are hiring dynamic sales personnel to join their talented Team in Dubai. The profiles of open positions are detailed below.

INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Education, Experience and Profile:
University degree or equal education ideally in Business Administration or IT.
At least two years related experience, preferably within a contact center or fast moving sales environment, IT sector experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of networking is beneficial.
Must have proficiency with various software applications program including Microsoft Office and, if possible, a CRM tool such as Siebel, SAP, etc.
Knowledge of web is a requirement
Excellent people management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone skills. Fluency in English, Arabic and the language of target market is a must.
Possess negotiation, teamwork/ collaboration and time/work prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts with the goal of driving incremental revenue growth within the assigned territories
Focus on opportunity creation whilst focusing on the management of pipeline ensuring target is met.
Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals
Manage the sales cycle from opportunity to closure.
Responsible for demand generation, prospecting, account analysis, and solution development
As sales account Managers be responsible for account planning, forecasting, and closing also ensure customer satisfaction & proper crediting
Manage and develop excellent relationships with customers, both internal, external & field partners

Success driven individuals with experience in a multinational team environment and who enjoys a dynamic and changing environment are preferred.
