Their client has grown into a global market leader that holds No.1 or No.2 market share in virtually every market segment in which it participates.

They are ramping up their operations in the Middle East region and are hiring dynamic sales personnel to join their talented Team in Dubai. The profiles of open positions are detailed below.

LINE MANAGER:
Education, Experience and Profile:
University degree or Management Degree in Business Administration or IT
Four years management experience, preferably within a contact center or fast moving sales environment, preferably in the IT sector
Proven track record of managing sales program and delivering results
Ability to work remotely with Convergys management/Client
Ability to coach, develop action plans in order to provide effective feedback and maximize performance Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes
Must have proficiency with various software applications programmes including Microsoft Office and if possible, a CRM tool such as Siebel, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities:
To ensure that the Inside Sales team achieves or exceeds sales targets as provided by Client and agreed by both parties on a quarterly and annual basis and also develop and maintain revenue of existing and new Clients
To execute client strategies into organizational initiatives/activities that produce sales results
To manage and motivate the team ensuring that sufficient and qualified resources are in place
To ensure appropriate reporting tools are in place to monitor performance
To carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws; this can include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
To perform appraisals of direct reports as per Convergys' process.
