Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for supporting our Sales team who are based in Dubai and India. Key responsibilities include:

* Answer incoming telephone calls. Liaise with customers and internal departments on resolution of customer queries.
* Manage and maintain upkeep of the Customer Filing system.
* Responsible for ensuring that the SCC CRM system is updated and maintained.
* Process Customer Orders/Quotations on behalf of the Sales Team via the SCC Mainframe
* Maintain customer pricing via the SCC Mainframe.
* Issue Credit Application Forms and liaise with Credit Control Team in regard to the status of progress, raise New Account forms where appropriate.
* Liaise with the Operational Support Team in relation to customer orders.
* Support the OPS Team in the event of holiday (sickness) in relation to the processing of orders in the K&N Warehouse
* Generate Request for Product Returns on behalf of the Sales Team
