Job Description

1. Provide professional executive and administrative support to the Manager.
2. Answer, screen and refer calls and queries of the Office of the Human Resource and Administration Manager.
3. Maintain the calendar of activities of the Manager.
4. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as directed.
5. Prepares correspondence, letters, memoranda, reports, minutes of meeting and the like
6. Entertain clients and visitors.
7. Coordinate the travel arrangement.
8. Prepare and handle the travel expense reports of the Manager.
9. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing and filing.
10. File documents of the Human Resource and Administration Manager efficiently in safe custody.
11. Remind, coordinate and follow-up the reports.
12. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
