Job Description


1. Handle HR issue of all the employees in the regions.
2. Handle all the staffing issues that include Probation, promotion, demotion, transfers, relocation & increments.
3. Invoices submission to client.
4. Collecting and coordination for time and invoice.
5. Carries out travel arrangements including lodging and boarding of staff.
6. Carries out all work required in connection with enforcement of HR policies of the Fund.
7. Co-ordinates with government departments / corporate bodies in connection with provision of utility/office services.
8. Preparation of bank statements
9. Assist monthly end reporting
10. Any other task assigned by supervisors.
