Job Title: Senior QA/Test Engineer
Location: Dubai
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning & Execution: Develop and implement test methodologies, scenarios, and execution strategies.
Risk & Mitigation Management: Work closely with clients to report risks, mitigation strategies, and dependencies.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain test plans, execution reports, RCA, and defect reports.
Daily Status Updates: Provide clear execution plans and reports in daily stand-up meetings.
Automation & Frameworks: Document and communicate automation framework functions and interfaces.
Performance Testing: Ensure system performance meets required standards through test design and execution.
Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless testing.
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Engineering.
✔ Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting.
✔ Experience in automation frameworks and test case development.
✔ Hands-on experience with defect reporting and RCA.
✔ Strong knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation, and dependencies management.
✔ Experience in mechanical test fixturing & environmental testing is a plus.
✔ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
