As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our Managed Services division and help us achieve new levels of success in the UAE and MENA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business: Generate new business opportunities in the Managed Services sector, targeting mid-sized to large corporate clients in the UAE and MENA region.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth transitions from proposal to contract.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve sales revenue targets of $3M+ annually through consistent lead generation and closing of high-value projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide clients with relevant and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and high levels of client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience in the IT/Managed Services industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving $3M+ in annual sales revenue.
- Local Knowledge: Must be based in Dubai with a strong understanding of the UAE market and client needs.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Licensing: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
