Role : Welfare & Wellbeing Officer

Location : Ras al Khaimah
We are looking for a Welfare & Wellbeing Officer to ensure compliance with regulations and federal laws, focusing on health, safety, and overall wellbeing. If you have experience in HS&E in industrial plants, oil fields, or construction sites, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce compliance with welfare standards & regulatory requirements
- Conduct inspections & implement corrective measures
- Issue Certificates & NOCs after compliance verification
- Investigate welfare-related incidents & ensure corrective actions
- Oversee HSE programs & maintain compliance records
- Respond to emergencies & fire incidents as required
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Science, Safety, or Environmental preferred) NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health
- UAE Driving License required
- 3+ years of experience in HS&E (industrial, oil fields, construction)
- Bilingual – Arabic speaker, proficient in English is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HSE policies, regulations & emergency management
