The IMA role exists to generate business from new clients and get repeat business from existing clients using a professional, service-oriented approach. The IMA will also be the critical link between the customer and the technical and marketing teams and will act as a progress chaser on all projects and proposals. He/she will be charged with creating for the company a differentiated view in the minds of existing and prospective clients.
