Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in fintech software solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including banks, financial institutions, and fintech startups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate fintech software solutions to clients, addressing their business needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales/account management within the fintech, banking, or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial technology solutions such as digital banking, payment gateways, core banking, or AI-driven financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
