Account Manager / Sales Manager – Fintech Software Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in fintech software solutions.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including banks, financial institutions, and fintech startups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Present and demonstrate fintech software solutions to clients, addressing their business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/account management within the fintech, banking, or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial technology solutions such as digital banking, payment gateways, core banking, or AI-driven financial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
