Job Overview:

Novel is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager. This is a Individual Contributor (IC) role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can function independently with minimal supervision. Someone who is tenacious in understanding the current B2B environment and aggressive in creating and following through with the new business generation. An honest, and hard-working individual who is looking to achieve high personal success while being apart of a high growth company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, industry & community outreach and social media.
  • Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers to present our products/services and establish rapport.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the management team to provide support for closing deals, including drafting proposals, negotiating terms, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to contribute valuable insights to the sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Initiative: Proactive and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Motivation: A self-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to achieve targets.
  • At least 5 or more years’ experience in business development / sales focused on Staffing Agency and Temporary Consultant placements.
  • Willingness to Travel within the UAE, GCC up to 25% of the time

Compensation / Benefits:

The compensation for this position is 80% success fee based and 20% salary. There is no limit on commission value. the more deals you close the more money you make.
