Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell automotive products and services
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain customer records and update CRM with accurate details
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in automotive or related industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
