Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer/Project Manager to lead our Post-Contract Construction Supervision Team for a prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, contractual compliance, and adherence to UAE regulations and quality standards.
Eligibility:
· Candidates must have experience working in Engineering consultancy firms.
· Candidates must be available in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the construction supervision team, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Oversee post-contract construction activities, maintaining compliance with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure strict adherence to contract terms, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise site operations, enforcing quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Lead progress meetings to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution.
- Represent the company in high-level discussions, providing technical and contractual guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, preferably from well reputed university.
- Proven experience in engineering consultancy and large-scale supervision projects.
- In-depth understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
