Business Support Manager – Jeddah, KSA
Really good opportunity to work for a very talented Hospitality Professional as their Business Support Manager – we need someone who can provide top level assistance for this high level Executive, but also someone who is very passionate about people and delivering excellent service!
Business Support Manager Duties:
- Business support to the development team including research, analytics, negotiations, contracts etc
- Project Management support
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners
- Screening and prioritizing incoming phone calls, requests and follow ups and assisting the Director's personal commitments as needed
Ideal Candidate for this Business Support role must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience and / project management experience
- Advanced Google Suite experience (GMail, calendar, docs, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office, Zoom and MS Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, diary management, administrative coordination and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
