Job Title: Business Setup Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Sales Executive with strong knowledge of UAE company formation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting clients, and closing deals related to mainland, free zone, and offshore business setup services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for business setup services
- Consult clients on company formation options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Explain licensing, visa, banking, and compliance processes
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high conversion rates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Setup / Company Formation sales in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE legal structures, licensing authorities, and visa processes
- Proven track record in sales and closures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
