Job Description: Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage daily social media activities, comments, and messages
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
  • Design basic creatives and short videos or coordinate with designers
  • Monitor trends and suggest new ideas to increase reach and engagement
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)
  • Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams for promotions
  • Maintain brand tone and consistency across all platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience in the education or training sector will be an added advantage.
