We are hiring a Recruiter:
Job responsibilities
- Client Identification & Lead Generation
- Client Outreach & Initial Communication
- Explain company services (staffing, temporary manpower, contract staffing, payroll support, etc.)
- Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and senior management
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain communication records
- Support in Client Onboarding
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations
- Collect basic client requirements (manpower numbers, skill sets, location, shift timings)
- Help in documentation and onboarding coordination once a client is confirmed
- Coordination Between Clients & Recruitment Team
- Share client requirements with recruiters/HR team
- Track fulfillment status of client demands
- Coordinate interviews, site visits, and joining formalities if needed
- Recruitment & HR Support (Secondary Role)
Skills & Competencies Required
Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
Basic understanding of HR / recruitment processes
Confidence in calling and pitching services
MS Excel, email, and LinkedIn proficiency
Willingness to learn sales and client handling
Target-oriented mindset

Bachelor's degree in Human resources/Management studies/any other s preferred
