About the Role:
Our client is seeking a talented Food Stylist to join their team. This role focuses on visual merchandising for Food & Beverage (F&B), ensuring that all food displays, presentations, and packaging are visually appealing, consistent with brand standards, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange food displays for buffets, events, and outlets.
- Collaborate with chefs and catering teams for themed setups for banquets and special events.
- Oversee packaging and labeling of takeaway items to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop new display concepts and keep updated on trends in food styling and visual merchandising.
- Work closely with marketing, chefs, banquet managers, and outlet managers to execute visually appealing setups.
- Manage props, decorations, and materials for displays; ensure timely setup and dismantling.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong aesthetic sense and creativity
- Knowledge of food styling and presentation techniques
- Understanding of color schemes, textures, and layout for visual impact
- Attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under time pressure, especially during events
- Basic knowledge of F&B operations is a plus
