We are looking to hire multiple experienced Relationship Managers – Secured Finance (Fleet) to manage a growing portfolio of secured finance and fleet clients. This is a high-volume hiring initiative, aimed at expanding our team to drive asset growth, cross-selling, portfolio quality, and exceptional client service, while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with secured finance and fleet clients to drive asset growth and revenue. Acquire new business through cross-selling within the existing portfolio and selective external sourcing. Prepare and submit credit applications, including financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and collateral evaluation. Monitor client financial health, industry trends, and facility utilization. Ensure all credit documentation complies with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and AML guidelines. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Credit Risk, Legal, Operations, Trade Finance) for efficient turnaround times. Conduct regular client visits, maintain high-quality call reports, and support a growing client portfolio. Monitor repayments, manage delinquencies, and support timely recovery of dues. Maintain ethical sales practices, transparency, and customer suitability at all times. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and portfolio quality.
