We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a leading UK based client in Dubai.
Role overview: Oversee daily operations across multiple departments. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading and developing teams to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure productivity and safety
- Manage equipment maintenance, repairs, and production schedules
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
- Develop and maintain operational documentation
- Coach, train, and develop technicians
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience leading teams in a workshop or factory environment
- Strong technical background (power generation experience preferred)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
