Position: Sales Executive – Poultry & Dairy Farm Inputs

Location: Dubai, UAE
Travel: Extensive field travel across the UAE (GCC exposure in later phase)
Probation: 6 months
Compensation: AED 5,000 basic + commission

Role Overview

We are looking for a young, energetic field sales executive to develop and manage sales of poultry and dairy farm input products, including supplements, bedding conditioners, and feed additives. The role is hands-on and trial-driven, requiring frequent farm visits and close coordination with technical teams to convert trials into repeat commercial orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, visit, and build relationships with poultry and dairy farms, integrators, and distributors.
  • Maturely handle interactions with farm owners, senior management, farm managers, veterinarians, and technical personnel at client sites.
  • Initiate and manage on-farm product trials, coordinating with internal technical support where required.
  • Convince farm managers and technical heads of product efficacy and successful trial outcomes.
  • Convert successful trials into commercial orders and long-term repeat business.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and keep detailed records of farm visits, trials, and sales progress.
  • Track competitor products, pricing, and market activity.
  • Travel extensively across assigned territories in the UAE.

Performance Expectations (During Probation)

  • 10–20 farm visits per week
  • Regular initiation and monitoring of product trials
  • Gradual conversion of trials into paid commercial orders
  • Building a sustainable monthly sales run-rate
  • Willingness to work 6 days per week and adapt working hours based on farm schedules and meeting requirements

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of B2B field sales experience in the UAE

(poultry, dairy, feed, farm inputs, or FMCG distribution preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related scientific fields such as Life Sciences, Animal Science, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Food Science preferred
  • Comfortable with trial-based and consultative selling
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willing to follow up constantly and consistently while maintaining accurate records of activities
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
  • UAE driving licence preferred; car ownership is a plus
