We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting project planning and bidding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets
- Prepare Quotations and Proposals
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Support bidding and proposal preparation
- Monitor costs and report variances
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Estimator (preferred)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and estimating software
- Good communication skills
