Job Description
Position: Showroom Customer Relations Manager
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (Based on experience & skills)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom floor operations and staff coordination
- Ensure customers are welcomed, guided, and assisted professionally
- Supervise sales executives and maintain service and sales standards
- Drive showroom sales performance and support achievement of targets
- Ensure correct product display, pricing accuracy, and stock visibility
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, delivery, and accounts teams
- Monitor order processing, delivery timelines, and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate customer records for Business Development Manager (BDM) reference
- Track enquiries, quotations, LPOs, and customer history
- Ensure timely follow-ups on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders
- Share qualified leads, follow-up status, and customer feedback with BDM
- Collect customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and discipline
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and showroom presentation
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales, service, follow-ups, and customer issues
- Support repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Experience in showroom management / customer relations / sales coordination
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills
- Languages: English, Hindi (Arabic is a plus point)
- Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Ability to coordinate teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic sales documentation (quotations, LPOs, invoices, delivery notes)
