Job Description

Position: Showroom Customer Relations Manager

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (Based on experience & skills)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily showroom floor operations and staff coordination
  • Ensure customers are welcomed, guided, and assisted professionally
  • Supervise sales executives and maintain service and sales standards
  • Drive showroom sales performance and support achievement of targets
  • Ensure correct product display, pricing accuracy, and stock visibility
  • Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, delivery, and accounts teams
  • Monitor order processing, delivery timelines, and after-sales support
  • Maintain accurate customer records for Business Development Manager (BDM) reference
  • Track enquiries, quotations, LPOs, and customer history
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders
  • Share qualified leads, follow-up status, and customer feedback with BDM
  • Collect customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and discipline
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and showroom presentation
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales, service, follow-ups, and customer issues
  • Support repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • Experience in showroom management / customer relations / sales coordination
  • Strong customer-handling and communication skills
  • Languages: English, Hindi (Arabic is a plus point)
  • Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
  • Ability to coordinate teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of basic sales documentation (quotations, LPOs, invoices, delivery notes)
