Responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion lines for the production of PPR pipes in different diameters and colors. Ensures continuous operation, product quality, and adherence to safety and process standards.
Duties and Responsibilities • Set up and operate extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment. • Adjust temperature, pressure, and line speed according to product specification. • Change dies, calibrators, and haul-off settings when needed. • Monitor pipe quality (diameter, thickness, color consistency). • Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of extruder and tooling. • Record production data and report any deviation to the supervisor. • Ensure safety and housekeeping in the production area.
